Armix Emmecrete PC 10 is a unique combination of the latest generation superplasticisers , based on a polycarboxylic ether
polymer with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. Armix Emmecrete PC 10 combines properties of water reduction and workability retention. It allows the production of high
performance concrete and/or concrete with high workability.
Armix Emmecrete PC 10 is a particularly strong super-plasticiser allowing production of consistent concrete properties around
the required dosage.
Uses:
Armix Emmecrete PC 10 is a high performance super- plasticizer intended for applications where increased early
and ultimate compressive strengths are required, and it
has been developed for use in:  Pumped concrete
 Concrete requiring long workability retention
 High performance concrete
 Suitable for precast units like paver blocks, Hume
pipe & electrical polls
 High performance cement for durability
 Water reduction of 20% or more is possible.

Dosage:
Trials need to be carried out at site to determine the
exact dosage of the admixture for the particular mix.
However, for normal grades of concrete a dosage from
0.3 – 1.2 % by weight of cement is recommended. Use at Other Dosages:
Dosages outside the typical ranges quoted above can be
used to meet particular requirements. Contact MYK

Over Dosage:
Over dosage may result in high workability and delay in
the setting time.
Dispensing:
Measured quantity of Armix Emmecrete PC 10 should
be added along with the gauging water. For best results,
add Armix Emmecrete PC 10 in the last phase after pre- wetting the mix with 80% of the total water required.
