SikaTop® Seal-107 IN is a ready-to-mix, two-component, cement-based mortar with excellent adhesion and waterproofing properties. It is ideal for basements, water tanks, swimming pools, and other concrete structures exposed to water or moisture.
This product offers crack-bridging capabilities, durability, and resistance against hydrostatic pressure, ensuring long-term protection of concrete surfaces. It can be applied on vertical, horizontal, and overhead surfaces.

Usage
- Horizontal surfaces subjected to light foot traffic (balconies).
- For waterproofing of drinking water, tanks, reservoirs, and clearwells.
- For internal and external waterproofing and dampproofing concrete, mortar blockwork and brickwork.
- For protection of concrete structures against the deleterious effects of deicing salts and freeze/thaw cycles.
- For sealing “hairline” cracks in concrete structures not subject to movement surfaces.
- For interior and exterior waterproofing of basements.
- Vertical surfaces.
