WATERPROOFING CONCRETE/MORTAR ADMIXTURE
DESCRIPTION
A concrete / mortar admixture in liquid form that acts
both as a plasticizer and waterproofing compound.
USES
Sika® Plastocrete® Plus is recommended for use in
structural concrete such as:
▪ Sloped Roof Slab
▪ Flat Roof Slab
▪ Beams
▪ Columns
▪ Slabs etc
Also used in:
▪ Internal and external plaster of buildings etc.
▪ Repair and renovation

Shelf Life 12 months from date of production if stored properly in undamaged unopened, original sealed packaging.
Storage Conditions Store in dry conditions at temperatures between +10°C and +40°C. Protect
from direct sunlight and frost.

pH-Value ≥ 6
APPLICATION INFORMATION
Recommended Dosage 0.05 – 0.2% by weight of cement. Actual dosage to be finalised on the basis
of site trials.
