It dries rapidly and has good adhesion to concrete, cement, sand screeds, Cement particle board etc. existing sub-floor smoothing compounds. Use ReArm Fair finish for patching, for filling and good finishing, day work joints, ridges, gouges, depressions, uneven trowel marks, in the sub-floor, as well as smoothing joints between staggered sheets.
