Application Methodology

Step no 1: Surface Preparation The surface must be free from dust, dirt or bond breaking agents. Loose edge strips have to be removed. If necessary the surface is to be sand-blasted. The surface is to be moistened to a saturated dry surface.

Step no 2: Instructions For Use: Tap water is filled into a mixing vessel. Stirring the ReArm Crete RM mixture into the vessell a pasty, stable and flexible mass develops. The mortar can also be prepared using compulsory mixers. The processing time is approx. 30 minutes at + 18 to 20 °C. Higher temperatures shorten and lower temperatures increases the working and curing time. The processing temperature must be between 5°C and 25°C. The mortar application is to be carried out according to approved plastering techniques using a trowel or a smoother. The thickness of layer should not exceed 20 mm. Voids and dry spots are to be primed by a scrape filler. The surface is to be roughened. The top levelling layer may be rubbed down with a felt or sponge board.

Step no 3: Important Note: Areas not to be treated are to be protected from the influences of ReArm Crete RM. Low chromate level according to TRGS 613. ReArm Crete RM is irritant
according to Hazmat regulations (GefStoffV). Please adhere to the valid EC Materials Safety Data Sheet
