APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
The application procedure for coating systems can
vary depending on site conditions. Here are some
general recommendations for applying PCSealcoat® PU 80.
Start by treating critical areas such as corners
and pipe penetrations.
Use a brush to apply the first coat of PCSealcoat® PU 80 around the pipe penetrations
and on the corners, extending up to 200mm on
each side.
Strengthen with a fiber mesh or geotextile and
then allow the first coat to dry before applying a
second coat over it.
Apply the first coat of PC-Sealcoat® PU 80 on
the rest of the area with a brush or roller at 0.50
KG/Sq.M. Then embed reinforcement mesh and
allow the first coat to dry.
Apply a second coat at 0.50 KG/Sq.M.
perpendicular to the first coat.
