Nitotile MPA is a high-quality, polymer-modified, single-component, cement-based adhesive specially designed for tile-on-tile, tile-on-glass, ceramic, and other specialized applications. It provides excellent adhesion, is waterproof, and works effectively in damp and tropical conditions.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation

   • Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, and free from oil, grease, or loose materials.

   • For cementitious surfaces, wet with water to achieve a saturated surface dry condition.

2. Mixing

   • Mix Nitotile MPA with water in a 3:1 (volume) or 4:1 (weight) ratio.

   • Add powder to water and mix with a slow-speed drill or hand mixing (for small quantities).

   • Use chilled water in hot climates to extend open time.

3. Application

   • Apply a 2–3 mm thick adhesive layer on the substrate.

   • Comb with a notched trowel.

   • Place tiles firmly with a twisting motion for better bonding.

4. Finishing

   • Clean excess adhesive with a damp cloth before setting.

   • Start joint grouting with Nitotile Grout after 24 hours.

Packaging & Coverage

• Available in 25 kg, 15 kg, and 5 kg bags.

• Coverage: 3.8 kg/m² at 2 mm thickness (may vary on uneven surfaces).

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Shelf life: 6 months in sealed bags under normal warehouse conditions.
