Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation
   Ensure all surfaces are strong, clean, and free from dust, oil, and loose particles. Wet the surface and allow it to become saturated surface dry before applying.

2. Mixing
   Mix Nitotile GTA with clean potable water in a ratio of 0.26–0.30. Use a slow-speed drill with a paddle for uniform, lump-free consistency.

3. Application

   • Spread adhesive evenly using a notched trowel.

   • Fix tiles with a slight twisting action to ensure full contact.

   • Use spacers and corner beads for uniform joints.

   • Remove excess adhesive with a damp cloth before setting.

4. Grouting
   Allow at least 24 hours before applying tile grout. Fosroc cementitious or epoxy grouts are recommended.

• Coverage: Approx. 3.40–3.60 kg/m² at 3 mm thickness with 6×6 mm trowel

• Pack Sizes: 20 Kg & 40 Kg bags
